Ingredients: Organic Raspberry leaf, Organic Peppermint, Organic Chasteberry, Organic Nettle leaf, Organic Lady Mantel, Organic Dong Quai
Daily Serving: Pour 8-12 oz of simmering water (185-195° F preferred) over 1 Tablespoon of loose herbs. Steep 3-4 minutes. Two to Three Cups per day.
