A blend of herbs to enliven the reproductive organs by increasing circulation, moving and strengthening. This blend is also known to purify the blood and relieve pressure.
This blend is excellent for women who are:
- looking to detox
- experience pain during sex
- decrease painful menstrual cycles
- Maintenance cleansing and anti-septic rituals.
Included: approx. 2 oz bag of herbs which is enough for 6 Yoni steams ( 1/4 cup of herbs per steam)
Suggestions:
- Steam 1-3 times per month.
- Use 1/4 cup of herb blend and 8 cups of water.
- Steam between 20-30 minutes.
Ingredients: Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis), Yarrow (Achillea millefolium), Mugwort (Artemisia vulgaris)
Special Note:
- It is very important to test the temperature of the steam before using. If it is too hot wait 15 seconds and test it again until it feels comfortably warm to steam with.
- Do not add or use “essential oils” they are too strong and may burn sensitive genital tissue.
- It can temporary increase menstrual flow with more dark fluids or debris. Menses may start earlier than usual due to the cleansing effect.
Warning: Do Not steam if you are pregnant, or think you might be, have an IUD, during menstruation, or open sores.
