Yoni Steam - Fertility Blend (Organic)

A blend of herbs to aid you  on your pregnancy journey, by cleaning the uterus of old tissue and residue, Increase blood circulation to the reproductive organs, reduce inflammation , and uterine stimulant.

This blend is excellent for women who are:

• Looking to increase blood circulation to reproductive organs
• Detox from Birth Control
• Help regulate the menstrual cycle
• Need aid in pregnancy
• Encountered miscarriage
• Reduce inflammation
• Relax nerving

Included:  approx. 2 oz  bag of herbs which is enough for 6 Yoni steams ( 1/4 cup of herbs per steam)

Suggestions:

• Steam 1-3 times per month.
• Use 1/4 cup of herb blend and 8 cups of water.
• Steam between 20-30 minutes.

Ingredients:  Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis), Calendula (Calendula officinalis), Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla), Wormwood (Artemisia absinthium), Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia), Rose Petals (Rosa)

Special Note: 

• It is very important to test the temperature of the steam before using. If it is too hot wait 15 seconds and test it again until it feels comfortably warm to steam with.
• Do not add or use “essential oils” they are too strong and may burn sensitive genital tissue.
• Do Not Steam if you are ovulating
• It can temporarily increase menstrual flow with more dark fluids or debris. Menses may start earlier than usual due to the cleansing effect.

Warning: Do Not steam if you are pregnant, or think you might be, have an IUD, during menstruation, or open sores.
