- How long do I wear my yoni egg for?
You can wear the Yoni egg for as little as 10 minutes to 24 hours or longer. Trust your body, trust your intuition and trust the process when practicing with the yoni egg. Yes, You can also have intercourse while it reminds inside of you.
- I have an IUD, can I still use the yoni egg?
Please do not use Yoni Egg if you have an IUD. The movement of the egg can bump against the IUD and push it out of place. The yoni egg string can also become tangled with the IUD strings. This can reduce its effectiveness as a contraceptive device, as well as even create tears in the walls of your uterus.
- Can I use the egg while I am pregnant?
Please do not use Yoni Egg if you are pregnant. First Consult with your Doctor. You don’t want to jostle the uterus during pregnancy, or stir up energies or tissue release that could create contractions and compromise your pregnancy.
- How does a Yoni Egg work?
When practicing with a Yoni Egg, you engage the muscles of your Yoni and the pelvic floor which brings awareness to your reproductive organs. Your brain starts to create new neuron connections correlated with these areas of the body. New nerve endings form directly in the tissue, which in turn increase sensitivity.

Due to the intimate nature of the yoni egg, returns will NOT be accepted. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. In the case your yoni egg is damaged, we will replace it free of charge. Please inspect your order within 72 hours of delivery and contact us with pictures of the damaged items. You are required to return the damaged item before the replacement egg is sent out.

- When will my order ship?
By default we charge your card on the 10th of each month. As long as your transaction was successful your item will be shipped on the Next Business day of that month. If you changed your payment date then we will ship your item the next business day of the successful transaction.
- Can I use Afterpay or Sezzle for my auto-ship service?
No, Afterpay and Sezzle is a payment installment services and can not be used for an Auto-ship subscription.

- How Long can you wear your cup for?
You can wear your cup for up to 12 hours.
- How do I know which size to pick?
The small size is for light to medium flow, for those who never gave birth, or have a low cervix. The large is for heavy flow, those who gave birth, or have a high cervix. Most women use both size and start of with a large for their heavy flow days and then move down to a small for the lighter flowing days.

No, but we do recommend new users to wear panty liners until they have become familiar with inserting and removing their cup.

Can I swim or exercise with my cup on?
Absolutely, due to the leak free advantage you can engage in various activities including swimming, working out, running, hiking, etc.

How old o you have to be to use one?
If you started your period then you can use a menstrual cup. We have individuals as young as 12 years old using menstrual cups. We do recommend that teens and pre-teens use a size Small.
