Yoni Steam - Supreme Blend (Organic)

This form of hydrotherapy blend is the Supreme of all. It includes all the herbs from All of our blends, giving you the utmost benefit. Many women like to focus on a specific area of healing, but with this herbal blend you can tackle all areas in one sitting. 

This blend is excellent for women who are:

• Prone to yeast infections
• PMS symptoms
• After menstrual bleeding
• Irregular menstrual cycles
• Post Miscarriage
• Awakening of nerve ending
• Detox of all the reproductive organs
• Looking to increase blood circulation to reproductive organs
• Detox from Birth Control
• Looking to increase lubrication
• Going through all stages of Menopause
• Increase and strengthen muscle tones 
• Relax nerving
• Post DNC
• Maintenance cleansing and anti-septic rituals.

Included:  approx. 2 oz  bag of herbs which is enough for 6 Yoni steams ( 1/4 cup of herbs per steam)

Suggestions:

• Steam 1-3 times per month.
• Use 1/4 cup of herb blend and 8 cups of water.
• Steam between 20-30 minutes.

Special Note: 

• It is very important to test the temperature of the steam before using. If it is too hot wait 15 seconds and test it again until it feels comfortably warm to steam with.
• Do not add or use “essential oils” they are too strong and may burn sensitive genital tissue.
• Do Not Steam if you are ovulating
• It can temporarily increase menstrual flow with more dark fluids or debris. Menses may start earlier than usual due to the cleansing effect.

Warning: Do Not steam if you are pregnant, or think you might be, have an IUD, during menstruation, or open sores.
