Current Processing time is 24 hours.

Due to an unusually large demand for some products and staffing shortage, we have longer than usual hold times on our customer service phone lines. Our shipping partner, USPS, is unfortunately also facing their own set of challenges. This may add an additional delay of your order delivery time. Additionally, in an effort to protect our employee’s health, all orders must be shipped and we are no longer allowing for pick up orders during this period. We are working hard to ensure as little of a wait time as possible, while also maintaining our quality in service and shipping methods that we provide to you throughout the year.

Pre-Order Sales

Items which are on pre-order will be shipped from the date that is specified on the product page. If your order contains a pre-order item and an item which is in stock, both will not be shipped until they are both ready.
